This new beach house is on a steep and narrow coastal site in Leigh, Northland NZ.
Plans are currently in documentation phase, with designs underway to replace the older much-loved family bach.
Our intent is to refresh and re-energise the family bach, and build a space to create many sunshine-filled memories.
